We deliver our products to all European Union countries, as well as in Switzerland, United Kingdom, San Marino and Principality of Monaco.

We ship the order as quickly as possible, even on the very same day. In any case, we guarantee that the orders are processed in 5 days maximum.

The current products on our website are available for immediate shipping. Rarely technological errors occur, you will be quickly informed by our team, and a resolution found that suits you.

COURIER AND DELIVERY

When the courier collects your package we will automatically send you a notification email to let you know you the package has been collected and with all the relevant shipping information.

TRANSPORTATION FEES

Delivery to EU countries:

  • Free shipping on 149 € orders;
  • Transportation fees equal to 16.50 € for orders up to 148.99 €;
  • Cash on delivery is not available

Delivery to Switzerland and United Kingdom:

  • Shipping costs for up to 10 kg €29.50;
  • Shipping costs for over to 10 kg €49.50;
  • Cash on delivery is not available;
  • You are responsible for any customs or duty charges incurred.


VERIFYING AND ACCEPTING PACKAGES

Upon receipt of your package, please verify the condition of your order.

Precisely:

  • The number of packages must correspond to the numbers written on the delivery note;
  • The packaging should seem complete and intact, not wet, with no major dents, nor modifications (for example: unoriginal tape, or packaging that have been opened and closed, or other meaningful modifications);
  • By shaking or moving the package, no broken items seem to be inside (noises of broken glass can be quite a hint).

If some of the cases stated above may occur, it is mandatory to sign for the parcel as “UNCHECKED” or specifying on the document that the packaging is damaged.

If the packaging is damaged, please take photos of the parcel before opening it. If item/s is/are broken, you can refuse to accept the parcel.

VERY IMPORTANT: if you do not provide specific reasons about why you left the package “unchecked”, the insurance will not refund the damage.
