We would like you to be happy with your purchase and new items, but in case you are not, you can return your products and access to full refund (initial shipping costs included).
You are responsible for paying carrier costs as per the existing return process.
Please let us know within 14 days after receiving your order that you want to return it, by sending an email to resi@simpleday.it.
Please provide us with the following pieces of information:
- Your personal data as written in the order (mandatory);
- Your daily telephone number (mandatory);
- The date and number of the order (mandatory);
- The code (SKU) of the item/s you want to return (mandatory);
- The reason why you want to return the product/s; you can add some additional description as well as photos in order to receive a more tailored assistance).
RETURNS VIA COURIER OR POST OFFICE
Upon informing us, you have 10 days to return your product/s.
In order to accept the returning of goods, the products must never be used, washed, damaged as well as the packaging should returned in the same conditions as provided.
Make sure your items are securely wrapped as you will be responsible for the item/s until they reach our warehouse.
If the item is broken or damaged, as well as lost, it will not be treated as returned.
If you want to use Simple Day service to return your item, you can ask us to send a courier; the shipping costs fee is 16.50 € all over European Union and will be deducted from refund.
Alternatively, you can choose a courier of your choice or the post office.
Please note, the fee for these services is payable by you and is variable based on the weight and dimensions of your parcel and the service you select.
Please do ensure you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we are responsible for your parcel only when it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
REFUND
You will be notified via e-mail as soon as your return has been processed. This can sometimes be a few days after we receive your parcel at our warehouse - if you want to check that your order has been received, please use the tracking provided for your chosen return method.
The refund can take up to 14 days to be fully processed.
We choose the payment method you choose upon placing the order: credit card or paypal, while we make a bank deposit for cash on delivery or bank deposit methods.
Please provide us with your bank details when writing to us if your payment method is cash delivery or bank deposit to speed up the process of refund.
We underline that cash on delivery costs are not treated as refund.
