You can choose your preferred payment method to shop on our website with complete security:
Credit Card:
We accept all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Our checkout process supports 3D Secure and complies with PCI standards, ensuring that your payment data is encrypted. Our staff does not have access to your credit card information. Payment is charged when your order is shipped.
Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay:
Pay in an instant with your preferred payment method without having to re-enter your payment details—always with complete security.
PayPal:
You can pay conveniently without entering your card details by using your PayPal account. The payment is charged upon completion of the order.
Cash on Delivery (Italy only):
You can conveniently pay the courier in cash for your order shipped within Italy. This payment method incurs an additional fee of €6.90. Please remember to have the exact amount ready for the courier, and note that we do not accept checks.
Bank Transfer:
You can pay for your order via bank transfer. The order can only be shipped after we have received the funds, and in any case, it will be processed in the order in which other orders were received. If we do not receive a copy of the transfer receipt or the funds within 10 business days, the order will be automatically canceled.
Satispay:
Satispay is an app for paying with your phone. But above all, it’s a way to shop at participating physical or online stores, pay for services, and save money. And send money to other people.
Invoices:
You can request an invoice for your purchase. Enter the following information in the “Shipping Instructions” field: Company Name, Registered Office, VAT Number, SDI code, or PEC address. Important: You must request an invoice at the time of ordering or, in any case, before shipment. We cannot issue invoices for goods that have already been shipped.
