When shopping online, it can happen that the product you receive isn’t what you expected or doesn’t meet your needs. That’s no problem—you have the right to return it and receive a full refund, including the shipping costs you paid. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Right of Withdrawal:
You may exercise your right of withdrawal, now referred to as the "electronic withdrawal option" pursuant to EU Directive 2023/2673, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. To do so, you must fill out the form below.
From the moment you notify us of your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 10 days to return the product; after this period, the right of withdrawal expires.
The product to be returned must be returned undamaged, in its original packaging with the packaging intact, and must never have been used. Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.
The customer is responsible for properly packaging the product to be returned. If the product is not packaged appropriately to prevent damage during shipping and is broken, the customer is liable. For this reason, we ask that you carefully open the packaging so you can reuse it for any return.
Return shipping costs are always the customer’s responsibility. You may return the product to us using the carrier of your choice, but the goods remain your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse. For deliveries in Italy, San Marino, and Vatican City, you can take advantage of our agreements with shipping carriers and request a pickup; in this case, shipping costs are €9.50, which will be deducted from your refund. If a shipment is refused or, in the event of a hold, is returned to the sender, the refund will be issued after deducting €9.50 to cover the return shipping costs incurred.
Refund:
The refund for the returned product will be processed within 14 days of the return’s arrival at our warehouse
Once the returned product has been verified, the refund will be processed using the same method used for payment (for credit cards and PayPal). If you paid via cash on delivery, you must also provide your bank details (IBAN) in the notice of withdrawal to process the refund (note: cash-on-delivery fees are never refunded). Electronic refunds are usually processed within a maximum of 5 business days from the start of the procedure, but this may vary depending on your bank.
