Where can I buy Simple Day products?

Our products can be purchased exclusively online at our website www.simpleday.it or at our authorized dealers located throughout the country. Click here to find out the one closest to your home.

Do I have to register in order to purchase?

It is not mandatory. You can also make the purchase as a "guest".

Why didn't I receive the email with the welcome discount code?

Probably because the email ended up in the folder of "junk mail" o "spam". Or because you mistyped your email address when registering/ordering.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by credit card, cash on delivery, bank transfer, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Scalapay (the latter for purchases deferred in 3 installments). For more details click here.

Can I get an invoice issued and if so, how should I request it?

Sure, you can request an invoice for your purchase. Please enter the following information in the order notes: Business Name, Registered Office, VAT number, SDI or PEC code. Important: The invoice must be requested absolutely at the time of the order or in any case before shipment. We cannot issue invoices for goods that have already been shipped. If you wish to receive a courtesy copy, this must be specified.

"Incoming" products: when will they be back in stock?

We always recommend that you enter your email by clicking on the "ALERT WHEN AVAILABLE" on the product page on the website. This way you will receive a notification as soon as the reference becomes available again.

Why haven't I received my order confirmation email?

Probably because the email ended up in the "junk mail" o "spam". Or because you mistyped your email address when registering/ordering.

I ordered the wrong product/color/description/quantity: what can I do?

When will my order be shipped and what is the estimated delivery time?

We generally fulfill orders on a very tight schedule and entrust packages to BRT courier, which delivers in 24/48 hours. For more details click here. Remember that snags and delays can always happen: if you have an event you particularly care about we suggest you specify it in the notes field and make your purchase at least a week in advance.

How much are the transportation costs?

They are free of charge for orders from Italy over € 75. For orders under € 75, shipping charges are € 5.50. For more details click here.

Can I request a card and/or gift box?

You can request a card with a personalized message by specifying it in the notes field of your order. We do not do gift wrapping or personalized packaging.

The courier delivered my package but it is damaged: can I refuse it?

Please read the page dedicated to the shipping and related deliveries in order to better inform you about the steps and how you can possibly refuse a package.

The shipment appears delivered but I have not received anything: what can I do?

As we indicate on the Shipping and Deliveries page, if you are not at home we encourage you to have a Fermopoint deliver. Otherwise, if special notes have been provided regarding packages that may be unattended, Simple Day assumes no responsibility. Otherwise please contact us at servizioclienti@simpleday.it and we will do our best to intervene by contacting the courier.

I received a damaged or defective product: what should I do?

Contact us at. servizioclienti@simpleday.it, describe in detail the problem encountered and send us one or more photos in which the damage or defect is evident. We will check what has been reported and once the damage/defect is confirmed you can choose between free replacement of the product or immediate refund. For more details click here.

I received a product that did not meet my expectations: what should I do?

Please contact us at servizioclienti@simpleday.it, tell us the details of the withdrawal you would like to make and decide whether you will ship the product to us yourself or request a pickup directly from us. We will provide a refund as soon as the goods return to our warehouse. For more details click here.

Why haven't I received my refund yet?

We are committed to making the refund immediately. The technical time for the actual crediting of the spent amount does not depend on us but on your credit institution. In case of delays please contact them.
