Where can I buy Simple Day products?

Do I have to register to be able to buy?
It is not mandatory. You can also make the purchase as a "guest".
Why didn't I receive the email with the welcome discount code?

What are the payment methods accepted?
You can pay by credit card, cash on delivery, bank transfer, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Scalapay (the latter for dilated purchases in 3 installments). For more details click here.
I can make myself issue an invoice and if so, how should I request it?
Of course, you can request an invoice for your purchase. Enter the following data in the notes of the Order: registered thing, registered office, VAT number, SDI or PEC code. IMPORTANT: the invoice must be requested strictly at the time of the order or in any case before shipment. We cannot issue invoices of goods already sent. If you want to receive a copy of courtesy, you must specify it.
"Coming" products: when will they return available?
We always recommend that you insert your email by clicking on the button "Warns when available”On the product page on the site. In this way he will receive a notification as soon as the reference will return available.

When will my order be sent and what are the expected delivery times?
Generally we escape the orders on a very narrow lap and entrust the hills to the BRT courier who delivers in 24/48 hours. For more details click here. Remember that unexpected events and delays can always happen: If you have an event that you really care about, we suggest you specify it in the Note field and make the purchase at least a week in advance.
How much do transport costs cost?
They are free for orders from Italy higher than € 75. For orders lower than € 75 the transport costs are € 5.50. For more details click here.
Can I request a note and/or a gift box?
It is possible to request a note with a personalized message specifying it in the field notes of the order. We do not make gift packages or personalized packs.
The courier handed me the package but is damaged: can I refuse it?

Shipping is delivered but I have not received anything: what can I do?
As we indicate on the shipments and deliveries page, if you are not at home we invite you to make a Fermopoint delivered. Otherwise if particular notes have been provided relating to packages that could be unattended, Simple Day assumes no responsibility. Otherwise contact us at servizioclienti@simpleday.it And we will do our best to intervene by contacting the courier.
I received a damaged or defective product: what should I do?
Contact us at the address servizioclienti@simpleday.it, describe in detail the problem encountered and send us one or more photos in which the damage or defect is evident. We will check what is reported and once the damage/defect is confirmed, you can choose between the free replacement of the product or the immediate refund. For more details click here.
I received a product not compliant with my expectations: what should I do?
Contact us at the address servizioclienti@simpleday.it, communicate the detail of the withdrawal that you would like to do and decide whether to send us the product independently or request the withdrawal directly from us. Why haven't I received my refund yet?
We commit ourselves to reimbursement immediately. The technical times for the real re -credited of the amount spent do not depend on us but on your credit institution. In case of delays, please contact them.
