N.B.:

The cutting board is supplied unfinished with mineral oil to be applied with paper towels before use. Spread the oil evenly on one side of the cutting board at a time and allow time for the wood to absorb it and then wipe with paper to remove any excess oil. Repeat on the other side and allow to air dry. After treatment it is normal for the color of the wood to become darker. Cutting boards like all wood products should be in contact with water as little as possible. You can wash the cutting board under running water, even with mild, mild detergent. After drying it should be kept standing in the air to allow it to dry completely before storing. In order to keep the beauty of the wood intact and reduce the absorption of liquids released by food during use, we recommend that you regularly repeat the treatment with mineral oil specifically for cutting boards. During use it is normal for scratches to appear on the surface, which tend to fade naturally over time. Do not under any circumstances put the product in a dishwasher, oven or microwave oven.
